• How to Order

All receipts are sent by e-mail.  Make sure you supply a valid e-mail with all orders.  If you don't receive one, notify us and we will send you a copy either by e-mail or snail mail.  If you order by check we will include a receipt with your shipment.

For your convenience, you may order by any of the following avenues:

-- Online via our secured or unsecured shopping cart, depending on your browser. 

-- Email orders@ebabybanz.com with your order. 

-- Phone in your order using contact numbers and hours above. 

-- Fax your order to us at 810.688.4902. All fax orders must include billing (billing address must be exactly as listed on your statements) and shipping addresses, Name exactly as it appears on card, Credit Card number - Visa/MasterCard only, Exp. date and 3 digit card code (back of the card). Also, please

• Shipping Prices and Policies
  
   All orders are shipped by Priority Mail within 3-5 business days unless otherwise notified. Delivery generally 2-3 business days. Total door to door delivery should not be more than 11 business days, but there are no guarantees on delivery times. Overnight shipping is available. Contact us by phone (810-688-7178) or email for pricing.

  From the time you place your order, to the time your receive your order, should be a maximum of 11 business days. Please don't ask where your order is unless that amount of time has expired. As happens in life, sometimes orders get lost or delayed. If you don't receive your order within the allotted time, notify us, we will trace it then, and resend it if need be. With all the uncertainty right now, things DO happen and we ask for your patience. There are NO guarantees on shipments except for special orders which are set up in advance.

• Exchanges & Returns
  
   

  RETURNS: e Baby BanZ DOES NOT accept returns except when merchandise is shipped incorrectly or received damaged. Please e-mail info@ebabybanz.com with a description of the problem and be sure to include your order number and date of purchase. All requests for returns require authorization and must be made within 7 days of delivery. All unauthorized returns will be returned to customer "postage due". All other sales are final. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges for all returns until product has been deemed defective. In cases where you receive an incorrect order the customer is required to return the product (as stated above) and the correct order will be shipped at no charge. The customer will also be reimbursed for the shipping for the return. The customer also has the option of re-ordering instead of waiting for the exchange. Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.

  HATS, SWIM DIAPERS and SWIM SHOES are non-returnable.

  **e Baby Banz is not responsible for orders that are the incorrect size. We can only give you guidelines and suggestions. There are exceptions to every rule.**
