Yes, Hats are now available for purchase

5. How long will it take to get
my order?
From the time you place your order, to
the time your receive your order, should be a maximum of 11
business days (unless your product is on backorder; see #6 below).
Please don't ask where your order is unless that amount of time
has expired. As happens in life, sometimes orders get delayed. If you don't receive your order within the allotted time,
notify us immediately, we will trace it then, and resend it if
need be. With all the uncertainty right now, things DO happen and
we ask for your patience. There are NO guarantees on shipments
except for special orders which are set up in advance.
6. How do I know if what I order
is in stock?
Usually if a product is out of stock,
that product or color will be removed from the site so it isn't
even an option. If by some chance it is ordered, we will
send an e-mail informing you so you may have the
option to cancel or change your order.

I didn't get a receipt in the shipment,
why?
All receipts are sent by e-mail.
Make sure you supply a valid e-mail with all orders. If
you don't receive one, notify us and we will send you a copy
either by e-mail or snail mail. If you order by check we will
include a receipt with your shipment.

What is the "3 digit code" that is being
asked for when I put in my credit card number?
YOUR CARD VERIFICATION NUMBER IS YOUR ADDITIONAL PROTECTION --
to ensure your credit card information is not being used
fraudulently, you will be asked for your credit card verification
code.
Please provide the 3-digit CVV (Customer
Verification Value). This is the non-embossed number printed on
the signature panel on the back of the card immediately following
the Visa or MC card account number.
