RETURNS:
e Baby
BanZ DOES NOT accept returns except when merchandise is shipped
incorrectly or received damaged. Please e-mail
info@ebabybanz.com
with a description of the problem
and be sure to include your order number and date of purchase. All
requests for returns require authorization and must be made within
7 days of delivery. All unauthorized returns will be returned to
customer "postage due". All other sales are final. Customers are
responsible for the shipping charges for all returns until product
has been deemed defective.
In cases where you receive an incorrect
or damaged product the customer is required to return the product
(as stated above) and the correct order will be shipped at no
charge or
a refund will be given. The customer will also be
reimbursed for the shipping for the return (we suggest using "Priority Mail"). The
customer also has the option of re-ordering instead of waiting for
the exchange. The
original receipt must accompany all returns.
EXCHANGES: e Baby
BanZ will allow exchanges for a $5.00 fee for sunglasses only. All
sunglasses must be in "like new" condition with all packaging,
tags, stickers, etc....affixed to merchandise. "Like new"
condition will be at e Baby BanZ discretion. All sunglasses
determined to be damaged in any way will be returned to customer
"postage due". Send a check or money order for $5.00 plus $3.95
with sunglasses and exchange request to the address below. Or fax
credit card information to 810-688-4902. Exchanges will be shipped
once check clears (5-10 business days).
HATS, SWIM
DIAPERS and SWIM SHOES are non-returnable.

Banz is NOT responsible for orders that are the incorrect
size. We can only give you guidelines and suggestions. There are
exceptions to every rule.**
